Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Administration Department

The purpose of the CAO - Administration Department is to ensure Council's priorities, goals and objectives for the community are set and efficiently and effectively implemented. The Office oversees the development, updating and review of Departmental Key Performance Objectives (KPO's) with service delivery excellence first and foremost and, Departmental Business Plans.
