The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment - Z/22-02 – Great North Road- Prasher
Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday August 09, 2022 at 7:00 p.m in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider a proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment under Section 34 of The Planning Act, as amended.
The applicant has requested to change the property from RM and RM(h) to S.P.26.130(h) to allow for relief from the height restrictions of Zoning By-law 2004-4653 to allow a maximum development height of 30 metres, all other provisions of the RM zone continue will apply. The current height limit is 15 metres. The applicant proposes to build a condominium hotel on the site.
