The Development Changes Act allows municipalities in Ontario to recover growth-related capital costs from new development. This Town of Parry Sound Development Changes Background Study is presented as part of a process to establish development charge by-laws that comply with this legislation.
There will be 21 days notice provided prior to a public meeting in the New Year where the opportunity will be given for residents to provide comments and feedback. Meeting date to be determined shortly.
