Re-zoning - 78 Great North Road

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday September 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider a proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment under Section 34 of The Planning Act as amended.

The applicant has requested to amend the R2 zone to permit two additional dwelling units in an existing dwelling, and two additional units within an existing duplex, and a parking standard of one parking space per dwelling unit.  Currently the total number of units is three, but the application ultimately requests seven units total between the two existing structures.
