The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound - Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting concerning a proposed Minor Variance Application - A/23-01 QBH Incorporated (Legend Spirits Company)
The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting via Zoom on Wednesday March 1, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act.
The application as submitted in order to facilitate an expansion of a legal non-complying use within a portion of the existing building as well as allow for an increase in the lot coverage to facilitate the construction of a covered entryway. If approved, the application would permit a distillery with a cumulative area of 625.2 square metres, instead of the existing 511.7 square metres an increase of 113.5 square metres. The application would also increase the overall lot coverage by 18.5 square metres.
