The Town of Parry Sound has partnered with the Ontario based company, Food Cycle Science, to establish a FoodCycler™ pilot program for an at home food waste diversion solution that will reduce the amount of organics headed to the landfill. The FoodCycler™ is a closed-loop indoor compost alternative.
- Only 100 FoodCycler™ machines available at a subsidized price of $200 + HST
- Open to Town of Parry Sound Residents Only
- One registration per household
- Residents will test the benefits of FoodCycler™ in their home for a 12 week period
- Upon completion & submission of the 12 week survey, a refund of $50 will be provided
