The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound - Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting concerning a proposed Minor Variance Application - A/23-02 - 3 Miller Street & 17 Seguin Street (Camenzuli)
The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting via Zoom on Wednesday March 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act.
If approved, the application would permit a front yard setback of 0.0 metres instead of the required 3.0 metres, an exterior side yard of 0.0 metres instead of the required 3.0 metres; and a rear yard setback of 0.0 metres instead of the required 6.0 metres.
