Rezoning - 9 Great North Road

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider a proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment under Section 34 of The Planning Act as amended.

The applicant has requested to amend the C3 zone to reduce the on-site parking spaces requirement by 25 spaces and permit an accessory structure between the roadway and the main building.  The request is to meet parking requirements due to a proposed patio.

The property is currently developed with Trestle Brewing Company and is located at 9 Great North Road.  The legal description is part of Parry Sound Lumber Company Property on Plan 137; part of the Road Reservations on east & west sides of the Seguin River on Plan 137.
