Viking OctantisThis past Fall the Town of Parry Sound hosted Viking Cruise line in Town and the surrounding area as they looked around the Great Lakes for ports of call. They were looking around all five Great Lakes at all available ports for one of two new expedition class ships launching in 2022. Appliances containing Freon Please note that effective July 2, 2019 appliances containing Freon will require 5 garbage tags per appliance to dispose of at the Town of Parry Sound Transfer Station.  Garbage tags are $5 each and can be purchased at the Town office (52 Seguin St.), Hillcrest Grocers (108 William St.) and at the transfer station (coins only).
