The Town prepares an operating and capital budget each year outlining the services and projects to be completed through the year. The budget also sets the required tax rates for the year.
Staff work with auditors to prepare Audited Financial Statements and Financial Information Returns . These reports compare the actual spending to the budget which shows how the Town performed financially.
