Everyone using these outdoor recreational amenities is required to physically distance from anyone who is not in their household. This means staying 2 meters or 6 feet away from other people.
If you arrive at a the park, and it is crowded, you should wait until there is enough space to physically distance or return at another time.
Individuals should use hand sanitizer to clean your hands while out, wash your hands as soon as you get home and stay home if ill.
Note: As of August 28, lifeguards are no longer on duty at Waubuno Beach for the 2020 season. The beach and washroom facilities remain open to the public. Facility users are urged to practice proper water safety.
Waubuno Beach is a Blue Flag certified beach. Blue Flag is a highly respected and recognized international eco-label. Blue Flags are awarded to beaches and marinas that meet strict criteria for water quality, environmental education, environmental management, and safety and services. Blue Flags are flying at 24 beaches in Canada, and Waubuno Beach is proud to be one of them!
Waubuno Beach is located at the end of Prospect Street in Parry Sound, Ontario.
