We value feedback about our services and recognize the right of our residents and ratepayers to make a complaint, compliment or suggestion about our services. We are committed to using customer feedback to improve our services and focus on the needs of our customers.
- Report a problem with a Town service (e.g. graffiti, potholes, garbage collection, etc.).
- Report an accessibility concern pertaining to a municipal facility or service.
- Submit a compliment or complaint regarding a Town employee, Council member, committee member, or Town service.
- Provide website feedback so we can continually improve our digital service
