Notice of Public Meeting - Z26-02 - 2 Belvedere Avenue (Felsman)

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday January 20, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider a proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment under Section 34 of The Planning Act, as amended. 

If approved, application would rezone the subject lands from Residential First Density (R1) to Residential First Density (R1) subject to Special Provision 26.145 (R1). If approved, the application would permit up to an Ancillary Dwelling Unit within the main Dwelling. Please contact the Clerk's office for further information.
