Community Affiliation Policy

The purpose of this program is to provide support to the volunteer, non-profit groups and organizations who deliver leisure services, programs or events. The support provided is primarily in-kind in nature, with the exception of refunds for training and leadership development. A few benefits are as follows:

• Use of municipal facilities and equipment
• Marketing and promotion
• Leadership, training and development refunds
• Grant writing assistance
• Event planning assistance
