Updated Notice - Water Shut Off July 29, 2025 - Victoria, Marion, Wood & Glen Streets

The estimated time of water restoration is 3:00 PM July 30, 2025. Staff and contractors remain on site working to restore services. If additional bottled water is needed to residents in the impacted area, please contact the Town Office at 705-746-2101 Ext 213 or 236.

July 29, 2025 6:29 PM Update:

Due to unforeseen infrastructure repair needs, the planned water shut-off for Victoria Avenue, Marion Avenue, Wood Street and Glen Avenue is extended, effective immediately. Emergency repairs to the water distribution system are required.

Town of Parry Sound staff are on site supplying bottled water to the impacted residents in the area. Staff and contractors are working to restore water service as soon as possible.

Wood Street from Kristen Heights to Marion Avenue has been closed to allow these critical repairs to occur.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work swiftly to resolve these critical issues.

Please be advised there will be a scheduled water shut off for residents in the area of Victoria Avenue, Marion Avenue, Wood Street and Glen Avenue on July 29, 2025 from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (weather dependent). The interruption is required to facilitate the construction of a new water main on Wood Street. Residents who will be impacted should have received notices at their residence.
