There are two upcoming opportunities for electors to hear from candidates running for Town of Parry Sound Council in the upcoming 2026 Municipal Eection.

Town of Parry Sound Councillor All Candidates Meet and Greet - October 4, 2026

West Parry Sound All Candidates Meet & Greet - October 8, 2026

Date: Thursday, October 8, 2026
Time: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
Location: Bobby Orr Community Centre (7 Mary St, Parry Sound, ON P2A 1C8)

The Parry Sound Area Chamber of Commerce, Parry Sound North Star, and 103.3 Moose FM invite you to a FREE Candidates Meet & Greet on Thursday, October 8th from 7:00–9:00 PM at the Bobby Orr Community Centre. This informal, drop-in event gives residents the chance to meet candidates from Seguin Township, the Town of Parry Sound, the Township of Carling, and the Municipality of McDougall, ask questions, discuss local issues, and learn more about their priorities and platforms.
 
There will be no formal debate or moderated question period — just an opportunity for meaningful, one-on-one conversations with the candidates seeking to represent your community.

Please note that these all-candidates meetings are not organized by the Town of Parry Sound. They are independently organized events that provide an opportunity for electors to hear from and ask questions of Council candidates.
