Notice of the Passing of Development Charge By-laws
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Town of Parry Sound passed municipal-wide development charge By-laws Numbered 2023-7346, 2023-7347, 2023-7348, 2023-7349, 2023-7350 and 2023-7351 on the 6th day of June, 2023 under section 2 (1) of the Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O., 1997 c. 27, as amended;
AND TAKE NOTICE that any person or organization may appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal under section 14 of the Act, in respect of the development charge by-laws, by filing with the Clerk of the Town of Parry Sound on or before the 17th day of July, 2023 a notice of appeal setting out the objection to any and/or all of the by-laws and the reasons supporting the objection.
The schedule of development charges imposed by the by-laws, which came into effect on June 6, 2023, is as follows:
