Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Consent - B24-02 (Douglas)

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday March 5, 2024 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider an application for consent under Section 53 of The Planning Act, as amended. 

If approved, Application B/24-02 would result in a 0.02 hectare right of way over a portion of the subject lands at 75 River Street in favour of the neighbouring property at 71 River Street.
