Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Consent - B24-03 & B24-04 (1000501756 Ontario Inc.)

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday March 19, 2024 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider an application for consent under Section 53 of The Planning Act, as amended. 

If approved, the application would severed the existing lot into three separate parcels (two severed and one retained lot).
