The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday September 2nd, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act.
The application was submitted to request renewal of a previously granted minor variance (via application A24-09). The variance is required to permit the continued existence of a dock on the subject lands prior to the establishment of a main permitted use.
