Notice of Public Hearing - A26-6 (21 Greenwood Cres)
The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday October 7th, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act.
The minor variance application was submitted in order to facilitate the construction of a Garage on the subject lands. Specifically, if approved, the application would permit a Garage with a maximum Height of 4.9 metres instead of the permitted 4.0 metres.
