Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Consent for Lot Addition - B/23-05 – Thomas Linton

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday December 19, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office.

Application B/23-05 proposes the recreation of an existing residential lot which has inadvertently merged on title with the neighbouring lands. If approved, the application would result in one severed lot and one retained lot. The subject lands are located at 46 and 48 Forest Street.
