Notice of Public Hearing - Z23-02 Harbour Bay Phase II

The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment - Z/23-02 – Ravi Prasher in Trust

A hearing will be held on Tuesday June 20, 2023 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound Municipal Offices. 

If approved, the application would change the zoning of the property from the existing zone of Marine Residential Holding (h) to S.P. 26.135 holding (h). Special Provision 26.135 (RM Zone) would permit the construction of three Detached Dwellings, a Lighthouse Look, and an Apartment Dwelling containing Commercial uses (Office).
