Notice of Public Hearing - Z23-03 79 River Street

The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment - Z/23-03 – 79 River Street

A hearing will be held on Tuesday June 20, 2023 at 7:00 PM in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound Municipal Offices. 

If approved, the application would change the zoning of the property from the existing zone of Residential Second Density to S.P. 26.136 (R2). Special Provision 26.136 (R2) would permit the construction of a Townhouse with a maximum Height of 11.0 metres instead of the permitted 10.5 metres; a minimum Interior Side Yard of 1.0 metres instead of the required 2.5 metres and a maximum Lot Coverage of 33.2% instead of the permitted 30.0%
