The Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound Notice of a Complete Application and Public Meeting Concerning a Proposed Zoning By-law Amendment - Z/24-02 – 7 Champaigne Street

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Parry Sound will hold a public meeting on Tuesday May 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Town of Parry Sound’s Municipal Office, 52 Seguin Street (Gibson Street entrance) to consider a proposed Zoning By-Law Amendment under Section 34 of The Planning Act, as amended.

If approved, application would rezone the subject lands from Marine Residential (RM) to Marine Residential subject to Holding Provision (h). The Holding Provision (h) is required as a condition of consent approval for application B24-01. Prior to the Holding Provision (h) being lifted from the subject lands, legal access is required to be secured to the satisfaction of the Town of Parry Sound.
