Notice of Public Meeting - A26-03 (Trestle Brewing Co.)

The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday August 5th, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act.

The minor variance application seeks relief from Zoning By-law 2004-4653 to permit a seasonal temporary tent with reduced parking requirements, as well as up to three temporary covered structures (yurt bubbles), during the winter months. The subject lands are located in the Highway Commercial Zone (C3), Special Provision 26.113.
