The Committee of Adjustment for Minor Variances will hold an electronic public meeting on Wednesday August 5th, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. pursuant to Section 45 of the Planning Act.
The minor variance application seeks relief from Zoning By-law 2004-4653 to permit one additional apartment dwelling unit on the subject lands, increasing the total from 4 to 5 units. The variance would allow the 5-unit apartment dwelling on a lot with 809 square metres of area, where 900 square metres is required, in the Multiple Residential (R3) Zone.
