Temporary Road and Sidewalk Closure - William Street

The Town advises pedestrians and motorists that, starting Tuesday May 19, 2026, a portion of William Street between Rosetta Street and Cascade Street will be temporarily closed to through traffic to accommodate an infrastructure project. The south sidewalk along this section of William Street will also be closed.

The closure is expected to remain in place until approximately July 2026, subject to weather and construction progress.

During the closure, access will be maintained for residents, businesses, and emergency vehicles only. Motorists are asked to follow posted detour signage and avoid the area where possible.

Notification letters with additional information have been delivered to affected residents and businesses.
