Town of Parry Sound Hosting Public Open House on Economic Development & Tourism Strategy

PARRY SOUND, ON (May 1, 2026) – The Town of Parry Sound is inviting residents, business owners, and interested stakeholders to attend a Public Open House as part of the development of the Town’s Economic Development & Tourism Strategy.

The Economic Development & Tourism Strategy is being developed by the Town in partnership with McSweeney & Associates and will help guide future efforts to support economic growth, strengthen tourism, and build on Parry Sound’s unique local assets. The strategy is expected to be completed by September 2026.

The open house will provide an opportunity for the community to learn more about the project and share feedback that will help shape the development of the strategy. Community participation is an important part of the process.
