Workout is suitable for all fitness levels and body types.

If you are active and want to prepare the body for pickleball, 
curling or your favorite recreational winter activity this class is for you. 

This class is also beginner friendly for stretching and activating fascia
including connective tissue.

This full-body toning and energizing workout consists of
dynamic fluid movements to:

overlooked to prevent injuries

·       tone your core, arms, thighs and glutes

This fair is for everyone in the Parry Sound area looking to explore new hobbies, meet like-minded individuals, or discover a new passion. Families, seniors, teens, and adults are all welcome!

Boats, Waves, and the Shore: Learning How They Connect

Mary St. Centre, 24 Mary St, Parry Sound

Vessel-generated wakes are increasingly recognized as a growing physical and ecological disturbance on inland lakes. Join us to learn the results of a recent local study as well as the findings of other studies. The energy and impact of wakes often exceed those of wind waves, such that recreational boating represents a new source of high energy long period waves. This work will be shared by Dr. Chris Houser, the Dean of Science and a Professor at the University of Waterloo and coastal geomorphologist.

Program Information: Gentle Fit

Gentle Fit is a one-hour class designed to offer:

• Low impact movement
• Strength training
• Mobility exercises
• Flexibility drills
• Balance exercises

Our program focuses on engaging all major muscle groups—including the brain, lungs, and heart—through aerobic movement and the use of resistance bands.
