This year's line-up includes a Spitfire, P-51 Mustang, a P-T-26 Cornell, and scenic flights provided by Near North Aviation and Big Blue Air! Plus, there’s the Parry Sound Cruzers, the kids’ zone, live music, the vendors market, and a BBQ lunch.

Program Information: Gentle Fit

Gentle Fit is a one-hour class designed to offer:

• Low impact movement
• Strength training
• Mobility exercises
• Flexibility drills
• Balance exercises

Our program focuses on engaging all major muscle groups—including the brain, lungs, and heart—through aerobic movement and the use of resistance bands.

Drop-in Cost:

• $12.00 per class (cash only)

Pickleball is a game similar to tennis, plated on a smaller court with paddles and a wiffle ball. Pickleball offers participants a terrific workout and social opportunities.
