Online registration is now open. A limited number of spaces will be available for walk-ins.

The full delegate package includes: 
Meals, the welcome reception and one banquet ticket, access to the trade show and all sessions/workshops.
(Earlybird Fee: $400+HST. After April 7th, $440+HST)

One day packages include:

Monday May 8
Lunch and afternoon break, access to the welcome reception and tradeshow as well as all sessions/workshops held on Wednesday.
(Earlybird Fee: $180+HST. After April 7th, $210+HST)

Tuesday May 9
Breakfast, lunch and breaks, access to the tradeshow as well as all sessions/workshops held on Thursday.
(Does not include a banquet ticket)
(Earlybird Fee: $190+HST. After April 7th, $220+HST)

Wednesday May 10
Breakfast, lunch and morning break, access to the FONOM Annual Business Meeting and the Ministers' Forum.
(Earlybird Fee: $180+HST. After April 7th, $210+HST)

For the 2023 conference exhibitor space is now CLOSED. Exhibitor spaces will be located adjacent to the main hall and breakout rooms alongside where the buffet will be located allowing great opportunities to connect with delegates. Space is also available in Prelude and Festival Room. Please see the floor plan for booth layout.

The trade show opens May 8th at 11:00am and closes May 9th at 4:30pm.

The 2023 Conference will be held in the Town of Parry Sound. All conference activities will take place at the Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts.
