Apply to be a Vendor at the Town of Parry Sound's Canada Day Celebration!

The Town of Parry Sound is inviting Craft Vendors and Food Vendors to apply for our Canada Day Celebration on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, on James Street in Downtown Parry Sound.

Vendor applications must be submitted by Sunday, June 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Successful applicants will be notified by email.

Vendor Fees

  • Craft Vendor Space (10' x 10') – $50 + HST
  • Food Vendor Space – $100 + HST

Event Schedule

  • Set-Up: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
  • Event Hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Take Down: After 4:00 p.m.

Vendor Applications

Important Information

  • Vendors requiring power must provide their own generator. Electricity will not be available on site.
  • Signage must be professional in appearance and must not interfere with neighbouring vendors or event operations. 
  • Food vendors are responsible for meeting all North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit requirements and for obtaining any approvals, permits, or inspections required for food service. 
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after June 14, 2026.
