Vendor Information for Canada Day 2025 Celebrations
Join us in the vibrant celebration of Canada's birthday with an opportunity to showcase your unique offerings as a vendor at the Canada Day 2025 event in Parry Sound. Here's what you need to know to be part of this exciting event:

Vendor Categories:
- Food Vendors: Provide diverse and delicious food offerings to our event attendees.
- Craft Vendors: Showcase distinctive crafts and handmade products.

Application Process:
- All vendor applications must be submitted by Friday, June 13, 2025, at 2 PM.
- Late applications are considered only if space permits.
- Acceptance as a vendor is not guaranteed upon application submission. Confirmations will be notified by email.

Vendor Space and Cost:
- Food Vendor: $100.00 + HST.
- Craft Vendor: $50.00 + HST
- Space allocation depends on vendor needs; requests for additional space should be indicated on your application.

Set-up & Take-Down:
- Vendors must set up by 11 AM on July 1, 2025. Setup begins at 9 AM.
- Dismantling must not start before 9 PM on the day of the event.

Health and Safety:
- Food Vendors must provide approval from the North Bay-Parry Sound District Health Unit in advance of the event. Online Application is available here: Food Safety Regulations.

Utilities:
- Vendors are responsible for power generation; electricity will not be provided by the event organizers.

Signage Requirements:
- Clear signage identifying your operation is mandatory. All signs must be professional; organizers reserve the right to remove inappropriate signage.

Payment and Cancellation:
- Payment is required with the application, payable at the Town Office. Methods accepted: cash, cheque, or debit.
- Refunds for application withdrawal are available until June 13, 2025.

In Person Submission: Paper applications can be mailed, or hand delivered to the Town Office, at 52 Seguin Street, Parry Sound, during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30apm). Payment options at the Office are: cash, cheque or debit.
