11:30AM: Address by Mayor McGarvey: Mayor McGarvey will kick off our festivities with a speech. This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our community spirit and national pride together. 

Celebrate at the Canada Day Market at Market Square Park from 10am-4pm. Browse local vendors, enjoy the festive atmosphere, and spend the day taking in the celebrations Downtown

Join us for an unforgettable celebration as we light up the sky in honor of Canada Day! Prepare to be dazzled by a breathtaking fireworks display over the inner harbour, commencing at 10:00 PM.

• Sailpast: Don't miss the iconic Sailpast, a cherished tradition since the 1980s. Spectacularly adorned boats will glide across the waters, setting the scene for an extraordinary evening.

Flexible Commitment:

Whether you can volunteer for a few hours or the entire day, your contribution is valuable. We welcome individuals who can assist in short durations as well as those interested in committing to longer sessions.

Volunteer Roles:

1. Greeter Guru: Be the friendly face that welcomes guests and provides information at our main desk.
2. Game Master: Spread smiles and guide participants through our fun carnival games.
3. Inflatable Defender: Keep the excitement bouncing in our inflatables area, ensuring fun and safety for all.
