Waste Water:

  • Treatment and collection of municipal waste water
  • Repairs and maintenance of 32 kilometres of sanitary collection mains
  • 15 sewage pumping stations

Water 

  • Looks after the distribution of municipal water 
  • Repairs and maintenance of 40 kilometres of water distribution mains
  • Fire hydrants
  • Booster stations and elevated water towers

Parks & Recreation

As an 8-80 Cities community, Parry Sound has an abundance of leisure activities to keep you active throughout the year. The many trailsparksclean beaches and swimming lessons, sports courts and facilities, are made available for your enjoyment.

There are a number of Town facilities for rent, including the Bobby Orr Community CentreKinsmen Park and Charles W. Stockey Centre for the Performing Arts.

The Parks & Recreation Manager administers the Municipal Assistance Program, a funding program for non-profit community groups and organizations.
